The location in the newer tower is fantastic, with beautiful views of the beach and a short drive to the La Isla shopping area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and great service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and the lounge and beach areas provide a relaxing atmosphere.

The shows at the resort could use some improvement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the hotel and my room always super clean and fresh. The hotel facilities were great, from the beautiful swimming pool area to the variety of daily activities for both kids and adults. I also appreciated the convenience of having parking available for my rental car, without the need for valet parking. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like the R1/R2 bus stop right in front of the hotel. I loved starting my day with yoga on the beach, followed by a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear ocean. The staff was very nice, always attentive and friendly, making sure all my needs were met.

That the pools were very cold. In all the hotels I've been to, the pools have air-conditioning and are warm. In this hotel they were very cold, and that would be one reason why I wouldn't come back

Luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa center, with a sauna, a steam room and treatment rooms, provided a relaxing experience. the infinity pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers offered stunning ocean views.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the service at the poolside snack bar, which could have been faster.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. the service was impeccable, and we enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool. the beauty treatment and massage were top-notch, and the Spa lounge was relaxing. We loved the entertainment and beach access provided.

While the infinity pool was beautiful, the sun loungers were uncomfortable. the poolside snack bar and buffet breakfast should have had more variety.

The swim-up bar is fantastic and the bar staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The beds are comfortable, the pool is huge, and the garden is beautiful. The variety and quality of the food in the restaurants is impressive. The staff, from reception to dining to entertainment, provide outstanding customer service. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The ocean and resort views from the room are breathtaking. Special mention goes to the singer on Wednesday evenings, Garcia, who adds an extra special touch to the entertainment. The team that took care of us during our stay, including Raul, Martin, Hector, Irving.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this resort! The beach was fine, with crystal clear turquoise waters that were perfect for swimming. The location of the hotel was great, being conveniently close to the airport. Another advantage was the really good staff were pretty good to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the friendly receptionist who efficiently checked us in to the helpful Star Prestige guests service reps, we seemed like royalty throughout our stay.

Although the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of disappointments. The first was the average food at the resort.

Great location, only 15 minutes from the airport. Lots of food options: 24/7 cafe, churro/ice cream station, food truck, buffet, beach burgers. Beautiful beach and loved the sunrise yoga. Convenient bus stop. Helpful staff, special mention to Maleni. Family-friendly environment.

Located on the best beach in Mexico, the resort offers a perfect spot to swim and enjoy the ocean. Guests can find secluded areas throughout the property to relax or participate in activities. The rooms are well-maintained and offer comfortable beds, while the staff provides excellent service. The buffet breakfast at the on-site cafe is delicious, with the staff taking personalized orders. The resort also offers a gym with well-equipped facilities.

The check-in process can be time-consuming.
